About Us

  • Founded in 2020, the Pittsburgh Business Collective is comprised of 400 member companies, collectively representing thousands of established business owners and senior-level corporate decision-makers. Membership is by application and you can submit on this page.

  • The Collective holds 9 events per year with diverse themes and speakers that appeal to a motivated membership that is always seeking to improve both professionally and personally.

  • Over 80 percent of members hold a VP or C-suite title.  Businesses represented range from FORTUNE 500 companies to mid-sized and small privately held businesses.

  • Members join for multiple reasons such as: business referrals, idea exchange, and professional growth.

  • Industry categories are carefully monitored to ensure a balanced mix of industries. 

  • Membership spans all industries and includes a diverse range of professionals ranging from operations to finance to business development. 

  • Giving back to the community is a priority.  Founder Elisabeth Leach serves as the Executive Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign of Greater Pittsburgh.
