Each event is supported by our Host Connection Team, a group of experienced members who intentionally introduce new and existing members based on business goals, shared interests, and opportunities for collaboration. While our community includes more than 400 member companies, we intentionally host just nine signature events each year. Attendance is typically limited to 60–100 executives, creating an environment where conversations are more meaningful, relationships develop naturally, and every event delivers greater value. We believe accomplished leaders value quality over quantity—and we design every experience with that in mind.

Our Story
Founded in 2020 by Elisabeth Leach, The Pittsburgh Business Collective was created to redefine executive networking. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in marketing and business development, Elisabeth envisioned a community where accomplished leaders could build genuine relationships through thoughtfully designed experiences rather than transactional networking.
Today, the Collective has grown into one of Pittsburgh's largest and most prestigious executive business communities while remaining committed to the personalized member experience that has defined the organization from the beginning.
