About Us

Formed in 2020, the Pittsburgh Business Collective is a professional networking group for both men and women designed to provide elevated experiences for leaders who value impactful connections.

The membership is primarily composed of seasoned business owners and C-suite executives, representing organizations that range from FORTUNE 500 companies to small and mid-sized privately-held businesses. 

Part of their mission is to hold events at fresh new hotspots in Pittsburgh to help these new businesses succeed and provide a memorable experience for members.

The Pittsburgh Business Collective

  • Formed in 2020, The Pittsburgh Business Collective was formed in 2020 and has nearly 300 members consisting of established business owners and top corporate decision-makers. Membership is by application and you can submit at the bottom on this page.

  • The Collective holds 8-9 events per year with diverse themes and speakers that appeal to a motivated membership that is always seeking to improve both professionally and personally.

  • Over 80 percent of members hold a VP or C-suite title.  Businesses represented range from FORTUNE 500 companies to mid-sized and small privately held businesses.

The Members

  • Members join for multiple reasons such as: business referrals, idea exchange, and professional growth.

  • Industry categories are carefully monitored to ensure a balanced mix of industries. 

  • Membership spans all industries and includes a diverse range of professionals ranging from operations to finance to business development. 

  • Giving back to the community is a priority.  Founder Elisabeth Leach serves as the Executive Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign of Greater Pittsburgh.
