About Us
Formed in 2020, the Business Collective is a professional networking group for both men and women designed to provide elevated experiences for leaders who value impactful connections. Locations include Pittsburgh, PA and Scottsdale, AZ.
The membership is primarily composed of seasoned business owners and C-suite executives, representing organizations that range from FORTUNE 500 companies to small and mid-sized privately-held businesses.
Part of their branding is to hold events at trending hotspots to provide a memorable, elevated experience for members.
Our History
Formed in Pittsburgh in 2020, The Pittsburgh Business Collective has nearly 400 members that are established business owners and top corporate decision-makers. Membership is by application and you can submit at the bottom of this page.
The Scottsdale Business Collective formed in 2025 and is scaling quickly drawing from executives working in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
The Pittsburgh Business Collective holds 9 events per year and the Scottsdale Business Collective holds a similar number. Both locations hold events with diverse themes that appeal to a motivated membership that is always seeking to improve both professionally and personally.
Over 80 percent of members hold a VP or C-suite title. Businesses represented range from FORTUNE 500 companies to mid-sized and small privately held businesses.

Giving back to the community is a priority. Founder Elisabeth Leach serves as the Executive Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign of Greater Pittsburgh.
